About the compatibility

Numerological compatibility compares the root and destiny numbers of two people. Each number is associated with a planet, 1 with the Sun, 2 with the Moon, 8 with Saturn and so on, and the traditional friendships and enmities between those planets carry over to the numbers.

Some pairings are considered naturally easy, some neutral, and a few genuinely difficult: 1 and 8 is the classic tension, as is 4 and 9. The number 5, associated with Mercury, is considered compatible with everything.

A compatibility number is a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict on a relationship. Two people with a challenging pairing are not incompatible, the reading simply describes where the friction is likely to show up.

Compatibility, questions people ask

Does a low compatibility score mean the relationship will fail?
No. It indicates where friction is more likely, not whether a relationship works. Plenty of long marriages have challenging number pairings; knowing where the tension sits is more useful than a score.
Which matters more, mulank or bhagyank compatibility?
Mulank compatibility shows up in daily life and tends to be felt more immediately, so it is weighted more heavily here. Bhagyank compatibility matters more for long-term direction.
Can numerology tell me who to marry?
No, and any service claiming otherwise is overselling. Numerology describes tendencies and timing; the decision is yours.
