At DevSankhya Vedic Numerology, we strive to provide the most accurate and timely service. However, we understand that issues can arise.
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Delivery)
We guarantee that you will receive your personalized PDF report within 12 hours of successful payment.
If you do not receive your report within this timeframe, and you have checked your spam/junk folder, you are eligible for a Full (100%) Refund.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Due to the nature of digital products (personalized PDF files), we generally cannot offer refunds once the report has been successfully generated and delivered to your email address.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Result dissatisfaction (Numerology is an interpretive art/science).
- Incorrect birth details provided by the user (as the report is generated based on your input).
- Change of mind after the report has been delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for non-delivery:
- Email us at support@devsankhya.com with your Order ID or the email address used for purchase.
- State "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Our support team will verify if the email was delivered. If we confirm non-delivery or a system error on our end, we will process your refund immediately.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
